You are being encouraged to seek solitude and stillness right now. Your soul wishes to connect with you and you cannot hear it when you are immersed in the busyness of life. In silence the truth appears. What was hidden is now shown to you. Take time to reflect before responding, alighn your answer with the truth of your soul.

Your soul connects with what is real and honest. To know what is real and honest requires you to slow down, to be still and listen to the wisdom you soul is sharing with you. You can discover the truth of your being in the stillness of your soul.

If you are in pain go into your stillness to find what truth your pain is sharing with you. There is always a higher truth in any situation, seek it out. Seek stillness to connect with the Divine, it is there that you will find peace.
