Air Spirit comes in today with the message to not be impulsive or hasty. Now is the time to collect information, to access your wisdom and the wisdom of others before making a decision. Take time to look at the pros and cons of the situation. Taking time means that you will make a better decision, one that is in alignment with you and where you see yourself going.

It is a great time to start that adventure you have been considering. It will succeed as long as you take the time to access your inner wisdom. You have been thinking about this for a long time, you already have done you due diligence, so go on, take the plunge.

Your life begins with a breath, and ends with a breath, with many breaths in between. Air is a constant in your life, but one that you probably do not give much thought to. Take some time to explore breath work and notice how it connects with your soul. You can start with this easy to remember one, box breathing: breath in deeply, hold for 4 seconds; exhale, hold for 4; breath in deeply, hold for 4 seconds; exhale, hold for 4. Do this 4 times. Notice how you are now more grounded in your body, relaxed.
