All is well. Really, all is well. Release your fears, your worries. Look at what makes you happy. How can you increase that happiness? By bringing happiness to another! Happiness can heal the world, and it is so simple, everyone can join in and increase the happiness exponentially.

Instead of putting things off to some unknown future time, live life fully right now. What can you do in this very moment that will bring you happiness and/or bring happiness to another? Make time for the things that matter, life is more than just work and making money.

No matter what, there is always something that can bring a smile to your face. Life is not meant to be a struggle devoid of happiness. Life is meant to be a string of experiences that bring you happiness, expand your happiness. Focus your attention on that which makes you happy. Bring happiness to others with a kind word or gesture. Happiness is meant to be shared.
