You are being called upon to practice acceptance towards yourself. This can be very difficult. There may be things about yourself that you do not like, there may be things that you have done that are not something you want to look at, much less accept that it is part of your experience. Acceptance is healing, and healing is needed within you now. You have the strength, you can bring acceptance into your life.

The more you accept yourself the stronger your life force will be. You are worthy of love and acceptance. You can love yourself and embrace all your perceived short comings. There are no wrong experiences, everything is an opportunity to grow.

To assist you in radical self acceptance, practice this everyday. Set a timer. Start at 1 minute and increase the time regularly. In a comfortable place look at yourself in a mirror, look deep into your eyes, say I love you and I accept everything about you. Speak the words out loud. I love and accept you are powerful words of change. Be sincere. Be kind. Allow any emotions to come up and be released. I love you and accept you just as you are.
